Why is Dieting for the Birds?

After 60+ years of breathing, I have yet to find that one person that can honestly stand up and declare that they love dieting.  We don't - we love FOOD!  We enjoy that satisfaction of eating a great meal but hate, how what we consume goes right to our hips.  Am I right peeps?  

Plain and simple there is no quick-fix, easy solution to weight loss. Change your attitude towards dieting and believe in your own capabilities.
